This website is owned and published by Golf Cash Pty Ltd. Players Home content has been created by Golf Cash members after voting, all with equal voting rights and a majority decision creating content. Golf Cash members waive the right to ownership, and copyright of this content. Every member has one vote when new services are being determined in the Players Home and majority decisions create content.
We may amend this Agreement and will post the amended terms on our Noticeboard. Using the services offered by Golf Cash members is optional for all members. If you don't agree with such changes, you have the right to terminate your membership of golfcash.com.au
Full Playing / Voting member
Our member services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts and the individuals must:
(a) Be 18 years of age
(b) Be a playing member of any golf club in Australia and have a current handicap as part of your proof of identity
(c) Belong to a club that plays a "STROKE" round at least once a month
(d) Have a playing handicap no higher than 27 for any round played for men
(e) have a playing handicap no higher than 36 for any round played for women
You may only wager on your own golfing ability which is, try to play better than your handicap at your home course. You wager a friendly wager that you will achieve this. Your wager is in essence not against another player, it is against your own golfing ability. You agree that as a member of this website, it is your responsibility to vote on the content of the Players Home when necessary, which includes, but is not limited to, the following:
(a) The dollar amounts of pots
(b) The ratio of winners to entrants
(c) The event types to play
(d) The event days
(e) The scoring format to be entered
(f) The rules regarding false scores
(g) The amount of money you find to be excessive
(h) The players who may enter a pot
(i) The type of pots offered
(j) The rules regarding winning scores and breaking ties
You agree to play in the "Spirit of the Game" as defined by the R&A and listed below and that the primary purpose is the playing of the game for enjoyment and not for financial gain. You agree that having a friendly wager is always optional. Placing a wager on your own golfing ability is only to add more fun to your round of golf. You agree as a player that when using the challenge rooms you will not enter any pot where you do not know the players in "general" .
You agree the final list of players who share in the pots is at the discretion of Golf Cash based on the best scores and formula set out in this website, and that all decisions concerning final scores are at the discretion of Golf Cash based on the rules created by the members. You agree to accept all decisions made in regards to entering false information, and that money placed in a pot will not be refunded if Golf Cash determines there has been false information given.
Golf Cash may charge fees for services from time to time. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' notice for the charges by posting the charges on the Notice board or notifying you by other means.
You are responsible for paying any fees associated with using any services and all fees are quoted in Australian Dollars.
Golf Cash will have the right, but not be obligated, to monitor the content of the website, including internal email. Golf Cash will have the right to remove or delete any material that Golf Cash finds to be offensive or in violation of applicable laws without having to assign any reason.
All material on this website is protected by copyright under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Unless prior written consent is obtained from the respective copyright holder(s), permission to print or reproduce any document or graphic is prohibited.
In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users or golf associations or other, you release Golf Cash from claims, demands and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Golf Cash may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our website.
This website includes registered trade marks. You may not use these trade marks except by saving, or printing out, a copy from this website.
This website contains links to third party websites. Golf Cash is not responsible for the condition or the content of those websites. Any link(s) provided are solely for your convenience. Your access to those websites and use of their products and services is solely at your own risk. We do not disclose any 'golfing' or 'personal' information to third parties. We may from time to time send you information about our website and promotional material from our selected partners and advertisers. You may opt-out of receiving this information by contacting us.
Bonus Money
You may use this money for any of the services provided. You may not withdraw bonus money.
Withdrawal
All money won, except 'bonus money' can be transferred out of your Golf Cash account at any time provided you are a full member and have completed all information required on the site. Your profile needs to be complete before any withdrawal can be made. Money is transferred to your bank account.
If you need to 'cash in' and transfer funds out of your Golf Cash account there is a small fee ($1.50) per transaction for any amount transferred under $150. You may not withdraw any cash in the first 30 days of membership.
Full Membership
Your membership fees are FREE. You will be given (30) days notice prior to any changes in fee structure.
